  • All applications will be vetted prior to approval.
  • Retailer tickets only apply to individuals who are employed directly by brands that lease (or are actively seeking) retail space in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.
  • Agents and consultants that represent these brands and receive a fee for acting on their behalf are not applicable for the ticket and must pay the appropriate delegate fee to attend.
  • This pass does not apply to EV companies or vendor units.

  • Early Bird Discounts: Are automatically applied on the online registration form if available.
  • Annual Passes: You will be asked if you would like to upgrade to the annual pass on the online registration form.
  • Additional 5% Group Booking Discount: Is automatically applied on the online registration form if you are eligible (service provider & graduate/under 28s tickets are not eligible).
  • Graduate Tickets/Under 28s: The individual must hold a graduate job title and be under 28 years of age on the date of the event. Purchasers will be required to provide a photographic form of identification at the time of registration. Discount code: GRADPASS will need to be applied at the time of booking. 
  • Service Providers: Must purchase a service provider ticket and are not eligible for any other ticket type or our group booking discount.

Old Billingsgate Market is easily accessible from a number of Central London mainline, London Underground and Docklands Light Railway stations. The nearest mainline station is Fenchurch Street. The nearest tube stations are Monument and Bank station, both just 5 minutes away.

The home of the flagship GRO Retail event is a historic venue in the heart of the City of London. It is a Grade II Victorian building that was originally the Billingsgate fish market. The venue provides a flexible space in a convenient retail location close to a range of London Tube Stations.

The show’s much-anticipated drinks reception is held on the venue’s terrace (if weather permits), offering fantastic views across the Thames and iconic London landmarks Tower Bridge and The Shard.

    Be sure to book early, as spaces fill up fast.

    • Retailers can apply for a complimentary ticket to attend
    • All other attendees (excluding service providers) can save money on their ticket by registering in advance
  • Can I still register onsite (on the event day)? 

    Yes, although we encourage registration ahead of the event to maximise on the pre-event exposure, business meetings & networking opportunities available.

    Additionally, all property professional tickets will be full price on the event day whereas they are discounted if you register in advance (excluding service provider tickets).

  • I haven't received/can't find my e-ticket?

    These will be made available via the event app 4 weeks before the event. Attendees will receive an email with information when the app goes live.

  • Do you have an event networking app?

    Yes, we do. This will be made available to all attendees 4 weeks before the event (an email alert will be shared once it is live).

    You can pre-arrange meetings with other attendees and find event day information here, including the delegate list.
