The GRO Retail Event

TERMS & CONDITIONS - PAYING DELEGATES

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations must be received in writing at least 90 days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of £250 will be payable on all cancellations received by this date. After this date, we regret that no cancellations can be accepted, and registering companies will be liable for 100% of the registration fee.

TRANSFER PASS POLICY: Prior to the event, a substitute delegate may be named at no extra charge. You can do this by contacting GRO Events Ltd info@groevents.com. The delegate pass remains the property of GRO Events Ltd and will be revoked if used by anyone other than the authorised registrant.

Unused delegate pass registrations have no monetary value. GRO Events Ltd may, at its discretion, allow for a transfer to a future event if notified before the event date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - COMPLIMENTARY RETAILERS

Complimentary retailer tickets only apply to individuals who are employed directly by brands that lease (or are actively seeking) retail space in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.

Agents and consultants that represent these brands and receive a fee for acting on their behalf are not applicable for the ticket and must pay the appropriate delegate fee to attend. This pass does not apply to EV companies or vendor units.

All applications are subject to review and approval. We will confirm or deny your registration via email, please allow 3 working days for a response.
