ABOUT

The home of the flagship GRO Retail event is a historic venue in the heart of the City of London. It is a Grade II Victorian building that was originally the Billingsgate fish market. The venue provides a flexible space in a convenient retail location close to a range of London Tube Stations.

The show’s much-anticipated drinks reception is held on the venue’s terrace (if weather permits), offering fantastic views across the Thames and iconic London landmarks Tower Bridge and The Shard.

  • How do I register for the event?

    Please use the REGISTER NOW or APPLY NOW links at the top of the Register & Plan webpage.

    Be sure to book early, as spaces fill up fast.

    • Retailers can apply for a complimentary ticket to attend
    • All other attendees (excluding service providers) can save money on their ticket by registering in advance
  • Can I still register onsite (on the event day)? 

    Yes, although we encourage registration ahead of the event to maximise on the pre-event exposure, business meetings & networking opportunities available.

    Additionally, all property professional tickets will be full price on the event day whereas they are discounted if you register in advance (excluding service provider tickets).

  • I haven't received/can't find my e-ticket?

    E-Tickets will be emailed to all participants one week before the event.

  • Do you have an event networking app?

    We don’t have a networking ap. Attendees use the online engagement hub to book and manage meetings.

  • How do I access the delegate list?

    The delegate list is available to all registered delegates.

    This can be accessed via the event networking app, which will be made available 4 weeks prior to the event - please email info@groevents.com with any enquiries.

  • Will there be Wi-Fi available?

    Free Wi-Fi is located throughout the venue.

    Login details are available on arrival at the registration desk; on digital screens; and on other materials onsite.
