Kevin Holt is Head of Franchise at Barclays Bank UK, where he leads the bank’s national franchise team within business banking. Based in London, Kevin is responsible for developing and strengthening Barclays’ franchise proposition, driving external engagement, and supporting sustainable growth across the UK franchise sector.
With over 15 years’ experience in banking, Kevin has built a strong track record across business development and relationship leadership. His career has involved working closely with SMEs across a wide range of sectors, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by growing businesses. Through his role, he collaborates with senior stakeholders, franchisors, and internal teams to ensure Barclays delivers tailored, consistent and commercially sound support to franchise businesses nationwide.
Kevin combines strategic insight with a relationship-led approach, focusing on long term value, responsible growth, and strong partnerships across the franchise ecosystem. He recently obtained a Master’s degree with Distinction in Digital Technology and Digital Solutions, further strengthening his ability to support innovation, digital transformation, and modern business models within the franchise sector.
Outside of work, Kevin is a keen football enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, valuing balance, connection, and personal development alongside his professional commitments.
