I’m a franchise recruitment and development specialist working with Club Pilates UK, focused on identifying high-quality partners and supporting the brand’s national growth. My role centers on guiding prospective franchisees through the journey into business ownership—from early exploration and financial understanding through to territory selection, launch, and long-term studio success. I work closely with investors, operators, and industry partners to ensure each new studio is positioned for sustainable performance, combining commercial insight with a clear understanding of what makes a franchisee successful in practice. I’m passionate about helping the right people step into structured, supported business ownership and contributing to the continued growth of Club Pilates across the UK.
