It was about building something meaningful. Something mine. So, I left the trading floor and stepped into the unknown. I swapped a steady paycheck for a food stall and launched Baked Bird, a bold idea born on the street, one wing at a time. Our mission? To disrupt and revolutionise fried chicken with an oil-free, oven-baked product that delivers big on flavour, without the guilt. No oil. No compromise. Just crave-worthy crunch and a brand built on purpose. What began as a side hustle is now a growing QSR brand disrupting a market overdue for change. From food trucks to storefronts, local buzz to national growth we’re scaling fast while staying true to the hustle and values that got us here.
