Director of Hammerson’s UK Portfolio, Toby leads teams across prime city centre destinations, including Bullring & Grand Central in Birmingham, Brent Cross in London, and Cabot Circus, Bristol. A leader in major destination, city centre and retail asset management, Toby’s role focuses on growing income and creating value by revitalising some of the UK’s best-known destinations. Toby and his team are responsible for the continued flight to quality at Bullring & Grand Central, delivering the most productive and impactful stores in the best locations. Before joining Hammerson almost a decade ago, Toby worked at Gatwick Airport as Business Development Manager, where he led the strategic development and lease management for its 100,000 sq ft food and beverage portfolio, in partnership with the wider retail estate development.
