The estate complements its workplace offerings with a dynamic lifestyle ecosystem featuring over 320 shops, 80 bars, cafés, and restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, and health clubs all within a 15‑minute walk. This, alongside record retail footfall of more than 72 million in 2024.

- Savills Reports Renewed Investor Confidence in Shopping Centres - According to new research by Savills, the UK shopping centre investment market is showing encouraging resilience. Despite a quieter first half of 2025, market fundamentals remain strong with steady investor appetite for prime retail assets and a much-improved borrowing landscape.

  • - ZARA Opens new flagship store at Manchester’s Trafford Centre on Wednesday 7th August, following a re-location in the centre and an expansion of its previous space.
  • - Premier Inn Opens new hotel in Manchester City Centre, at the heart of the city’s bustling Northern Quarter.
  • - Space NK Opens new 5,000 sq ft flagship store on Oxford Street in London, on the ground floor of the historic former Topshop building.

  • - Holland & Barrett Having recently completed a relocation in Ipswich Holland & Barrett are on the lookout for new stores in over 30 locations across the UK. Size: 1,500 – 2,000 sq. ft.
  • - Esquires Coffee UK With over 65 stores already, Esquires have further requirements in over 30 locations across the UK including Hampshire, London, Wiltshire and Somerset. Size: 1,250 – 2,250 sq. ft.
  • - Yolé With over 100 new sites opened globally in the last 3 years, Yolé are on the hunt for their next location across London and Essex. Size: 300 – 1,000 sq. ft.
  • - Tiger Boba With 7 locations across London and Kent, the Sushi & Bubble Tea brand is looking for a further 18 locations in London and 12 in Kent. Size: 750 – 1,500 sq. ft.
  • - KERB On the lookout for its next flagship KERB food halls and white-label food halls to join KERB’s portfolio in London, Berlin, Copenhagen and San Francisco.
