Andreas Rosenstam

My name is Andreas Rosenstam, founder and CEO of Bar Schiacciate, a fast-growing force in the hospitality industry. I grew up in one of Stockholm’s most renowned cafés, owned and operated by my family. The café is well known for its sandwiches, excellent coffee, and warm hospitality. At a certain point, however, I felt the desire to pursue something beyond the family business. I set myself the goal of redefining the traditional sandwich by drawing inspiration from the richness of Italian culinary culture mixed with the Swedish hospitality.
