As Development Director, he drives the brand’s expansion strategy, securing prime locations, negotiating with landlords, and guiding franchise partners across the UK and internationally. His focus on unlocking new markets and formats has accelerated the brand’s growth trajectory. Most recently, Hamzah co-founded Dolci Mono, a flexible kiosk concept bringing Haute Dolci’s premium offering into new destinations.
